This family-run hotel offers lovely rooms with excellent views of the lake. The service is top-notch, with staff who are really kind and helpful, always concerned about their guests' needs. The location, while a bit out of the way, provides a peaceful setting overlooking Lake Como. The dining experience is very respectable, especially on the breathtaking terrace with a view of the lake. The facilities are well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious with amazing views of Lake Como, and having an air-conditioning system that actually worked perfectly was a big plus. The balcony overlooking the lake was simply spectacular and made breakfasts and dinners at the terrace restaurant even more special.

Despite some shortcomings, the hotel's facilities, like the renovated rooms in a historical building with direct access to the lake, were impressive.
